Coachella Saturdaze | Two Door Cinema Club

Two Door Cinema Club is a trio consisting of members Alex Trimble, Kevin Baird and Sam Halliday who hail from various parts of Northern Ireland. The band’s name came about after one of the members mispronounced the name of the local cinema, Tudor Cinema, and this stuck. Their debut album, ”Tourist History”, was released in the spring of 2010. They play a cross between Indie and Electropop, with infectious hooks to go with their uptempo style. In 2010, in between their own headlining tours they had support slots for such bands as Delphic, Foals and Phoenix which helped solidify their prowess as a a promising live performing act. This year shows no signs of them slowing down and they are sure to bring all they’ve got to Coachella!
